We cover Urban-Suburban and Rural areas in all of Oregon and Southwest Washington. We belong to all the key MLS groups and specialize in using the old fashioned way of research through Realtors, Title Companies, and County Court Houses where MLS is not available or if Realtors are reluctant to share market information. We complete most inspections within 2 – 4 days, and provide turn around on reports based on your needs.
